| General Information Contribution Contributions may take the form of invited lectures, oral presentations or posters. The official language is English. Participants interested in presenting are invited to email the secretariat the abstract. Abstracts The summary of the presentations must arrive by email at the secretariat and should consist of one page (A4 format) having 2.5 cm margins all-round and written in Times Roman font size 11. The international scientific Advisory committee will referee all submitted abstract and will decide on the method of presentation (oral or poster). Only accepted abstracts of fully registered participants will be published in the conference book of abstracts CD-ROM Papers Authors of accepted contributions will be invited to submit a paper for publication in the conference proceedings to be distributed on CD-ROM. The full texts of the contributions for the proceedings should consist of a one page detailed summary and a maximum of a nine pages discussion and five pages of tables, graphics and illustrations. Posters Posters (up to 140 cm height by 90 cm width) should be brought and mounted by the authors on March 16, from 3 - 7 pm or the morning of March 17 before 8 am. A hostess will assist in mounting the posters. Social Program In addition to the technical-scientific conference sessions there will be an entertainment program (to be announced) for participants and exhibitors.
